Rhonda
Rhonda was first diagnosed with breast cancer in 1988 at 34 years old. She remained cancer-free until 2007, when she was diagnosed with stage four metastatic breast cancer. Since that time, she’s been treated at Rocky Mountain Cancer Centers with tremendous support from her care team, family, great friends, and coworkers.

Marco, Milano, Italy About a month has passed without your 'endurance', and I miss it. I only had the chance to meet her in a few occasions, but were enough to mark in me her gentle smile, bright eyes and unshakable will. Eve, Lakewood Dear Carey Family...thank you for sharing your Mom Rhonda's journey. Rhonda, Naomi and I met at work a few years back. During that time, a dear friend of mine was struggling through her own battle with stage 4 cancer and having the chance to talk with Rhonda and Naomi was inspirational. I watch these video journals, it re-emphasizes how important family is and how cancer touches everyone in the family circle. Laugh and find the ability to be together and have special quiet times. Rhonda, even though I am not in touch as frequently, you are in my heart daily. You ARE loved and I am humbled and honored to know you.
